Survive in winter is the winter version of the training: Survival skills or Tracking and avoiding, depending on the participant's requirements. The winter season enables man, among other things, to significant expansion of the tracking ability, it is easier to see and identify traces of human or animal activity and more precisely plan your activities. For an unprepared person, winter brings with it great threats, sometimes even fatal, e.g. from the side of low temperature, humidity, wind, food shortage and constant caloric deficit, lack of appropriate clothing, shelter, fire. Then all activity must be reduced to the skilful creation of conditions in which the process of heat loss from the body will be as slow as possible or to taking actions aimed at providing energy from external sources. During the "Survive in Winter" training, the main emphasis is placed on training the implementation of survival priorities in unfavorable, difficult winter conditions, so that the actions taken prevent the body from cooling down, while enabling the implementation of the plan.

Take to the backpack: sleeping bag, thick sweatshirt or wool sweater , a set of thick, long underwear, two pairs of thick socks, hat, knife. Wear suitable clothing and footwear for prevailing conditions. You will receive on board: teaching and other material.
